Suzette is one of the most inspirational women I have ever worked with. She has so much to offer to this world and in the short period of working with her I had learned and grown more than I imagined. The time spent with her I learned about how she runs her business, networks with people, and keeps healthy work connections which helped me later in life.

She definitely has a unique aura and makes everyone around her feeling loved and special. Working with her under her wing was the best decision I've ever made ❤️

Opulent Models training day held on the 1st April. I had a great experience learnt so much got to meet so many amazing people and got to go to Pretoria for the first time, being from a small town in kzn I would've never dreamed of something so grand but it's happening and I am truly blessed to be apart of this. Got to meet some of the Opulent team all great people

With regards to the training with Suzette, she was very inspiring and straight to the point, which i loved. She doesn't waste time improving your technique. It was a great experience!

My extra training testimonial. I took away with me, impactful tips and life advice. I was able to ask questions, which substantiated the enrichment of me as an individual. It was a safe space whereby mistakes were not critisiced but rather corrected with needed assistance in terms of our walks or mindset. I learned alot from Suzette herself and my fellow Models. What an amazing experience for someone doing a model competition for the first time. It was revelatory and an honor to be trained by Suzette in preparation for the Model competition of 2023. One which I intend to remember and carry with me as I go on this journey of modelling.

My modelling journey.

So modelling was not in a picture in my life, I tried to do it in high school, people laughed at me when I walk, and I hated it then and promised myself never to do it again.
2014 my vitiligo started, I did research about it and that's when I found about Winnie Harlow a super model. 2019 I received a DM on Instagram from Bianca representing SA TOP MODEL now known as opulent model to enter the competition, and I was like why not then I applied, after applying I got rejected and I didn't lose hope I then decided to apply to be one of the Interns in the show, during the interview Suzette looked at me and asked if I didn't want to enter the competition. Of course, I said yes and that's how I entered category over 25. I had no idea about runway or how to walk. I attended all the training Suzette gave and practiced also when I got home. I did the competition and then won the competition.

That boosted my confidence and I then started believing that I can be a modelling after all ??. A modelling agency contacted me on Instagram, and I signed up with them, then continued with my modelling journey. To my surprise big photographer stated recognising me and I started with a lot of them and doing fashion even though I'm short ??

Big brands like BMW booked for there campaign as a feature and my billboard was across the country in all the international airports in SOUTH AFRICA one of the biggest mall SANDTON CITY and all the national roads

Now the sky is the limit.

Had Suzette not see what I have I probably wouldn't have done. She saw something that I never knew I had.

With the training session i got to have the privilege of meeting so many beautiful people.
My mind was blown away with the absolute professionalism, knowledge, training, character, and integrity of Suzette.

The model training day we had was an absolute game-changer. The coaches were incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with invaluable insights into the competition and the strategies we should use to succeed.

Throughout the day, we were able to work with the other models and the coaches were always available to answer any questions we had. By the end of the day, we all felt much more confident and prepared for the upcoming competition.

Thanks to the model training day, we were able to develop a winning strategy and put our best foot forward in the competition.

I would highly recommend this training to anyone looking to improve their skills and excel in their field.

I found the training extremely beneficial and the day to be very informative with the different speakers.  They provided an insight into the Modelling industry that would assist me going forward with my Modelling journey

Having been in the midst of the beautiful Suzette Marais at this weekend’s official training day was truly mindblowing!
I got to witness her first-hand at a stunning location, absolutely free! That is not a chance everyone gets and appreciates. I learnt a lot from her journey including hardships and triumphs. Not only has she inspired me to be a better woman, but she has also helped me boost my confidence. I look forward to being in her midst again. Next time I won’t be so shy to ask for a picture.
